A one-person play written by Duncan Macmillan and Jonny Donahoe, directed by Lerzan Pamir and performed by Bora Akkaş.
A six-year-old child begins making a list of ‘the most brilliant things in the world’ to remind his mother, who has been admitted to hospital, of all the things worth living for: ice cream, water fights, staying up past bedtime to watch television... Over the years, the list grows alongside the child and gradually changes the way he sees his own life. Bringing the audience into the story, Bora Akkaş looks at some of life’s heaviest questions through its small, everyday details.
